Vehicle Security Specialists provides vehicle security systems, GPS trackers, immobilisers, roof tents, awnings, camping accessories, and related products/services.
All product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Selected products may require a 50% deposit, particularly for special orders and Pre-Order products. Full payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Assist may be available on selected products and is subject to eligibility and approval.
Stock Availability & Pre-Orders
Certain products, including SkyScape Roof Tents and SunScape Awnings, may have limited stock availability.
Once stock is sold out, products may move to Pre-Order Status, with estimated delivery times of 35–45 days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to supplier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
Most in-stock products are processed and delivered within 3–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier services, supplier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Vehicle Security Specialists will not be held responsible for delivery delays outside our reasonable control.
Product Compatibility & Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.
Certain products, including roof tents, awnings, and trackers, may require suitable roof bars, electrical systems, or vehicle specifications.
If unsure, customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering.
Vehicle Security Specialists is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow installation guidance.
Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns for products that are:
- Faulty or not working as described
- Damaged on arrival
- Affected by manufacturing defects
We do not accept returns for products that are:
- Damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
- Altered, modified, or tampered with
- Damaged due to improper installation or negligence
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must remain in their original condition
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Clear photo or video evidence of the fault or damage must be supplie
Once approved, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Vehicle Security Specialists shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, delayed delivery, or installation of products purchased through our website.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and proper use of all products.
